For real! I've felt this aching in my shoulder and neck since Tuesday. I flipped my contoured pillow last night which usually does the trick but then I awoke this morning to a painful pinching sensation in the right side of my neck and shoulder. I've experienced this before...far too often, in fact. So I know how to cope. It's probably going to take up my whole weekend *pout!* Fear not! I have taken a muscle relaxer, applied Tiger Balm and am drinking water like there's no tomorrow! I should probably be in the recliner instead of at the computer. But then I'd just want to cross-stitch which is still not gentle on the ole neckaroo! So...whatever.

In other news, I purchased a foot-salon-pedicure-massagy-soaky thing yesterday and tried to give myself a full pedicure treatment. It was a bad experience from beginning to end. I'll spare you the long, gory details but let me recap: It began with much "situating" (find a book to read whilst soaking, where are my glasses?, is it okay to put soap and salt into the water?, the water's too damned hot, the water's too damned cold now!, empty, refill, find perfect temperature, okay, still a little too cool but what the hell, turn on bubbles and massager....). It ended with much disappointment (the bubbles only worked for a half minute, the massager is actually hurting my feet a little bit, the callus remover dealybob tickles too much, let me rinse off my finger under the tap while I let my feet soak---OW! What was that slight tingling sensation in my fingers?! was I just shocked a little from this thing?!?! Okay that's it, turn it off, unplug it, dry feet, lift tub to empty water only to find the rug and carpeting beneath it is completely soaked with water!!!! ARGH!!!)
Needless to say, I am returning the damned thing as soon as I get a chance!

Tomorrow I'll be celebrating the Spring Equinox! HORRAY!!

Off to bed I go...maybe....
