What does "mama se mama sa mama koo sa" mean, anyway?

I heard this song on the radio again yesterday and I'll admit, I love it! I sing it at the top of my lungs. I boogie in my drivers seat. I act like I've got rhythm and soul, like Michael Jackson did before he turned white-ish. But after about the twentieth repetition of the aforementioned line in the "chorus," I started wondering what the heck does it mean! It sounds like some of Enya's songs (which I also love) but I don't think it's the same language.
