I should be reading Geology or Western Civ or meditating for Yoga or some other kind of crap. Instead, I’m sitting here on my butt, playing computer. Big surprise.

Another teacher in my preschool classroom was able to get a particular girl (who I swear must be part hyena, she’s so hyper) to go to sleep for 45 minutes during naptime one day last week! GO TAMMY!

Do you have any relaxing rituals? If so, what are they?
Hmmm…lots of things. Relaxing is very important to me. Random things I do to relax are: make bracelets, cross stitch, read, watch a movie. Rituallistically, though, I practice my deep breathing, drop my shoulders, lie flat on my back and try to get my lower spine to let go and relax. Sometimes I take a bath. I almost always light a candle to help me relax, too.

We had take out from Boston’s on Tuesday. But the last actual meal we sat down to eat at a restaurant was last weekend, Waffle House. Yum!
