A friend recently ran my birth chart via the internet and sent me the results. The sketch of different colored lines through the circle that represented the starry sky didn’t make much sense to me. But I was able to find a website through which I could run my own birth chart so I did it again and got a detailed written description of what it all meant. In order to get the most accurate information, I had to get into our safe and verify the place and time of day I was born. When converted to a Word document, it ends up being 12 pages long! I’m only sharing some of the eerily accurate and interesting highlights here:

Sun in Aquarius
She is independent, autonomous, emancipated and has progressive ideas.
Weaknesses: an unusual, rebellious and revolutionary spirit.

Moon in Pisces
Imaginative, sharp insights. She is impressionable, with an abundant imagination. Multiple births.
Weaknesses: troubles caused by too much sentimentality, worries, problems, unhealthy imagination, nervousness.

Mercury in Capricorn
Reflective, deep thinker: a fine and vivacious mind. Undertakes lengthy studies or, if circumstances do not allow, will teach herself. A rational person.
Weaknesses: rancor, coldness, malice, and often a pessimist.

Venus in Capricorn
Loves are sincere. She is basically attracted to those with problems, which complicates life because she takes on those people’s problems. Her feelings are deep, stable, solid, definite. She is not very expansive and can be melancholic.
Weaknesses: she has a tendency to hold back emotions, she is too reserved and is frightened of being disappointed in love.

Mars in Gemini
She speaks a lot, likes to spar verbally, discussions, disputes, polemic, criticism.
Weaknesses: she scolds and declaims. Words can be bitter and aggressive.

Jupiter in Aries
She is open, loyal, correct and honest. She is ambitious, of good character and likes being amused.
Weaknesses: she is often in a bad mood. Irritation, disagreement, rages.

Saturn in Cancer
Invests more in her interior reality than in the outside world. She saves to buy property.
Weaknesses: melancholy and solitude. A solitude that is nevertheless welcome because she likes to stay peacefully at home.

Intelligent and subtle. Adores research, inquiry, investigation. Very sensual.

Neptune in Sagittarius

Kat came over this morning and helped me clean up/properly store all of the leftover stuff of my mom’s: mounds of pictures, her diplomas, jewelry, trinkets from her house that I wanted to keep, her CDs and computer stuff. We threw out a lot of junk and stashed a bunch of the rest in big rubber storage bins for the basement. All that stuff had been in a big fat pile in the middle of my loft where my desk is, making that whole room uncomfortable and unusable since November. But now it’s all put away and all I need to do next is clean up and reorganize my desk and office supplies. Not a big deal and I don’t have to do that right away.

I feel emotionally better today. Dad and Honey really helped me last night and talking with my good friend Kat today made a world of difference. I’m still in pain, I have relentless nausea and I have very little energy but at least I’m not crying constantly or feeling as hopeless as I did yesterday. That just seems to come and go in waves. I think I’m good for a couple more days now.

I’ve got a lot of beads and jewelry making supplies lying around here. I think I’m going to start making jewelry and possibly selling it online. What’s the deal with etsy? Can anyone vouch for it’s goodness or not?
